About your brand and its communications:
-If you’re not intentional about defining who you are, others will do it for you.
-Branding is about determining who you are as well as who you are NOT.
-Don’t ask, “What are we trying to say?” The key question is “What conversations are we wanting to create?”
When communicating about your brand: clarify vision, identify your biggest fans, give them something to talk about and give them tools to share the story.
