Jenni and Kathi - yep...amazing the parallels. And yep...probably the first thing I should do in the morning is hit the floor with my knees, then my feet. Again, one step at a time.

Jenni - I'm super excited to hear about your even in a couple weeks.

Congrats, Evan! I ran 12 yesterday and got emotional at the end. It's amazing what God gives us the ability to do that we never thought possible. As I run, I recognize all these parallels between exercise and our relationship with God. It's no surprise that you recognize the parallels, too. Thanks for your insight! And what an AMAZING accomplishment! Woot woot!

Congrats, Evan! It IS big! It IS hard! I always say the hardest exercise is the one where you swing your legs over and stand up from bed...and you're so right; its dark, nobody cares, nobody cheers. I'm having a hard time getting back into that early morning routine myself.
